Do You Need Your Hand Held? I have had no problem with Headway support. They have went as far as going into my actual site and helping me with an issue. However, there are some complaints on the Support Forum. I think the ultimate Headway user would be a self starter that wasn't afraid of Googling an issue or checking the support forums to implement certain fixes. The forum is full of frustrated people asking questions that have already been answered. Yes Headway is new technology so their are hiccups. If you need your hand held and walked through everything, Headway might not be for you.
I learned this from Lisa Sasevich who taught me so much about selling authentically. Selling is scary - it forces you to really step out of your comfort zone. The fact is that when you're out there and people are learning from you and enjoying you, some are going to want more of you - be tech support I.T or products you have to offer. You can "sell" more effortlessly when you make it easy for them to see and take the next step.
Now the actual numbers on the external drive itself were written in some cryptic microscopic font that required literally three sets of reading glasses stacked one on top of the other so they could be read. This took a half hour. Then the "backing up" commenced. There were no queries as to what was to be backed up, it just took off and started backing.
When you're Managed I.T support uttah having web site problems stay calm and use common sense. Can you navigate to other sites without a problem? If yes, then it's not the Internet. Good, that much is settled.

So in the next few years, your computer will become like any other major appliance. The maintenance and care of its few "moving" parts will become your sole responsibility, warranty or not. When was the last time you saw a refrigerator repair guy?
